AGENCY NURSE
Assesses plans and coordinates health care for residential clients and trains, supervises and educates agency personnel regarding health-related issues.
Requires current Indiana licensure as an RN, one year experience in MR/DD nursing and/or long-term care. Desired skills are knowledge of ICF/MR standards, computer proficiency and supervisory experience.
