RURBAN FINANCIAL CORP. (RBNF) is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer. Rurban Financial Corp. is a publically-held financial services holding company based in Defiance, Ohio with total assets of $670 million. This position is responsible for managing the Finance Division of the company. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the management of all internal and external financial reporting including all Regulatory, Board of Director and internal reporting. Qualified applicant must have a knowledge regarding compliance with the SEC, Sarbanes Oxley and complete understanding of the proper controls of finance and accounting for a bank holding company. The candidate must also possess knowledge of interest rate risk management and bank regulatory guidelines. Prior experience integrating with third party consultants and supervising a department staff is essential. Qualified applicants will have a minimum 10 to 15 years experience with progressive higher level of responsibility in banking and a formal education with an M.B.A. or C.P.A. designation preferred.
